Tae Kwon-Do literally means

"The way of foot and fist"

Tae Kwon-Do was founded in South Korea

on 11th April 1955

by Major General Choi Hong Hi (9th Dan)

The 5 Tenets of Tae Kwon-Do are:

Tae Kwon-Do came to the UK in 1967
